DEX is a Romanian explanatory dictionary for the Windows Phone platform based on the http://dexonline.ro database.
The application is the sister of DEX for Android and, being at version 1.6 only, offers fewer features than its big sister :)

works online only
share definitions on email
interface preferences in the Preferences menu
you can send request to the developer for extra features
